A tough 2019-20 men's basketball season came to a close for West Hills College Lemoore following the Golden Eagles 113-56 Central Valley Conference loss at College of the Sequoias on Friday night.
West Hills ended with a 5-23 overall record and went 3-11 in conference play to finish tied for sixth place in the final standings with Merced College.
The Golden Eagles fell behind early in Friday's contest and trailed 57-23 at halftime. COS outscored West Hills 56-33 to cruise to the win.
Playing in his final game in a Golden Eagles uniform, sophomore Kamron Fleming went out on top leading his squad with 19 points to along with 6 rebounds. Fellow sophomore Bryce Hernandez totaled 9 points and 4 assists in his final game.
Derek Westendorf posted 12 points and 7 rebounds while Tyler Fields added 11 points and 7 rebounds.
